Rex Griggs, 71, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2023 surrounded by his family. He was born on June 26, 1951 to the late James and Evelyn Griggs of Ponce De Leon , FL. He is survived by his wife Connie, Daughter Crystal(Tony) of Gainesville, Son Mark(Hope) of Americus, and Son Matthew(Jeanne) of Americus, Brother Jim(Cheryl) of Augusta, Sister Charlotte(Jim) of Navarre, FL., and Sister Nancy(Bruce) of Marietta. He enjoyed numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by Brandon(grandchild) and Jason(nephew).
Rex Griggs was a member of Victory Worship Center. He loved fishing, hunting, and spending time with family. A celebration of life will be held at Victory Worship Center on Saturday June 17, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
