James Hubert Drumm, Jr.

James H. Drumm, Jr. “Jimmy”, 75, passed away on July 22, 2023 in Americus, GA. He was born on December 19, 1947 to the late James H. Drumm, Sr. and Helen Upshaw Drumm in Atlanta, GA.  Jimmy was a native of Decatur, GA and graduated from Druid hills High School in 1966.He was employed with his father & uncle with chevron oil company service stations they owned. Mr. Drumm was a member of North Decatur Presbyterian church, the North Dekalb Shriners Club, the Scottish Rite and he was a Red Mustang Motorcade member with the Shriners.

A memorial Service will be held Monday July 31, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel at First Methodist Church in Americus, GA with Rev. Daryl Brown officiating. A visitation will be held one hour before at 10:00 AM.

Survivors include his sister Janis Webb of Americus, GA; his cousins Dickie (Mary) Walker & children of Tucker, GA, Gayle Lundy & children of Decatur, GA, Bobby (Jan) Walker & children of Piedmont, SC, Scott (Traci) Walker of Roswell, GA, Sylvia Drumm & children of Dacula, GA

He was preceded in death by his parents James H. Drumm, Sr. and Helen Upshaw Drumm; his brother-in-law Julian Webb; his aunt Katherine Walker; his cousin Gene Drumm
