Amy Donnelly Hamrick, age 41, of Americus passed away Thursday, December 30, 2021 at her home in Americus. Mrs. Hamrick was born June 30, 1980 in Birmingham, AL, to the late Rick and Terri Donnelly. She was a Methodist by faith and a member of Americus First United Methodist Church. She graduated from Pope High School in Marietta, GA then pursued her Masters in Early Childhood Education at GSW, Americus. She was passionate about educating children, and did so in the Schley and Sumter County School Systems in her career. Most of all she enjoyed visiting and making memories with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Bryan, and her daughter, Hadley; sister, Jennifer Rich (Joshua) and nephew Judge of Landrum, SC; brother, Brian Donnelly (Alyssa) and niece Gia of Noblesville, IN; sister, Stefanie Dyer (Curtis) and nephews Will and Blake of Westfield, IN; grandmother, Becky Donnelly of Hoover, AL; as well as many loved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial Service to be held Saturday, February 19 at First United Methodist Church.
Visitation at 10am followed immediately by the memorial service at 11am in the church sanctuary.
