Victoria Lee Bivins, age 48, of 1007 B US Hwy 19 S, died at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center, July 14, 2011. A native of Albany, she was born November 12, 1962 the daughter of Jimmy D Lee, Sr. and Cynthia Ann Cannon. Mrs. Bivins was a member of Concord United Methodist Church and was a nurse employed by United Health Care. She loved gardening, canning and growing flowers. She also was an avid reader and a loving mother. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 16, 2011, at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel with Rev. Marion Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Smithville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, July 15, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel. Survivors include her husband, Bruce Bivins of Americus; a son, Logan Blanton of Newnan; two step-sons, Rhett Blanton of Atlanta and Jake Bivins of Americus; a step-daughter, Nikki Bivins of Americus; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Malissa and Gerry Lawrence of Lawrenceville and Kim and Mike Driver of Americus; and a brother, Jimmy D and Cathy Lee, Jr. of St. Petersburg, FL.
