Ruby Nell Hagler Blaine, age 71, of 216 Frieda Lane, died at her residence Friday, April 18, 2014. A native of Clayton, AL., she was born February 5, 1943, the daughter of the late Thomas R. and Leila Grace Hartzhog Hagler. She was retired from Sumter County School System where she was employed as a school bus driver. She was of the Baptist faith and was a loving mother and grandmother. Graveside services will be held Monday, April 21, 2014, at 11:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Rusty Mauldin officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 20, 2014 from 2:00 until 4:00 PM at Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel and at other times the residence of Joey Blaine, 171 Sylvan Dr. Survivors include two sons, Tommy Blaine of Cullman, AL and Carl Blaine of Americus; two brothers, Eugene Hagler of Columbus and James Hagler of Louisville, AL; and two grandsons, Joey Blaine of Americus and Brian Blaine also of Americus.
