Rachel, a beautiful baby girl, bounced into the world February 22,1954. Born to Emma E. Fleming, Rachel was later adopted by Bertha & Otis Wills all of Carlton Madison County, GA.  She attended Southside Elementary/High School in Comer Madison County, GA.  Rachel loved music, reading and her favorite was color purple.  She grew into a bright young woman with a comical personality and was always willing to help others.  Enjoying family and making friends, were favorites for Rachel.  After marriage, she birthed a precious son, Kelvin M. Williams, sadly he passed away around the age of two.  Rachel is survived by a brother, Willie James Pass (Faye), {LA}, sisters Gloria F. Bell, {GA}, Phyllis D. Smith, {TX}, one aunt, Mary P. Hunt, {GA}, a dear friend, Robert Mann, {GA} and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Rachel's remains will be scattered over a palatial body of water. She will forever live in our hearts.
