Norine Lorrain Haggadone Holbrook, age 68, of 693 Hwy 153, Preston, died at her residence Friday, October 5, 2012. A native of Clarkston, MI., she was born March 24, 1944, the daughter of the late Cleo Haggadone and Rita Smith Haggadone Cohen. Mrs. Holbrook was a retired press operator, a member of Eastside Baptist Church and loved to cook. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. A graveside service will be held Monday, October 8, 2012 at 4:00 PM at Preston City Cemetery with Rev. Raymond Smith officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel from 2:00 until 4:00 PM and at other times the family residence, 693 Highway 153, Preston. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Vista Care Hospice, 100 Brookstone Center Parkway, Columbus, GA 31904. Survivors include her husband, Glenn Wayne Holbrook of Preston; a daughter, Monica Holbrook Wainwright of Preston; a son and daughter-in-law, Effrem and Jennifer Holbrook of Preston; a sister, Sharon Masch of San Jose, CA; three brothers, Norm Haggadone of LaPeer, MI., Jerry Haggadone of The Villages, FL. and Bill Haggadone of Kissimmee, FL. and five grandchildren, Lori Holbrook, Tiffany Holbrook, Brittany Holbrook, Victoria Wainwright and Demi Wainwright.
