Mr. Milze Brady Lamb Sr., age 92, of 865 Highway 45 North Plains, GA died on November 29, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Lamb was a native of Wilcox County the son of the late Bill Hubbard and Dora Holloway Lamb, and had lived most of his life in Plains where he was a farmer for most of his life. Mr. Lamb was also a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during WWII. Mr. Lamb was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and was married for 54 years to his loving wife Faye C. Lamb who preceded him in death on May 22, 2014. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2014, at 3:00PM from the graveside at Oak Grove Cemetery, with Rev Don Wilson officiating. The Family will receive friends on Monday, December 1, 2014, between the hours of six and eight at Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel, and at other times at the family residence, 865 highway 45 North Plains. Mr. Lamb is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Wanda and Stephen Burke, of Americus, and Candy and Allen Goodin, of Ellaville, two sons and daughters-in-law, Milze and Ann Lamb and Randy and Angel Lamb, all of Plains. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Andrea and Colby Ellis, Megan Burke, Raylee Lamb, Sarah Addison Lamb, Owen Lamb, April Goodin, Amanda Goodin, and Jacob Goodin, and two great-grandchildren Cole Ellis and Ian Ellis. Mr. Lamb was preceded in death by one grandchild Justin Goodin. Memorial contributions may be made to Plains Baptist Church, 301 North Bond St. Plains, GA 31780 Cemetery: Oak Grove Cemetery
