Mary Evelyn Blasingame, 88, of Americus, died Wednesday, June 06, 2018 at her home. She was born May 20, 1930 in Girard, AL, to the late Burrell Joseph Riles and Jettie Mae Kent Riles; and was a member of Cusseta First Baptist Church. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 9, 2018, at the Cusseta City Cemetery with Rev. Raymond Smith officiating. Survivors include three sons: Lee Blasingame of Atlanta; Billy Blasingame of Americus; and Jim Blasingame of Americus; five grandchildren: Michael Fountain, T.J. Blasingame, Gabe Blasingame, Joseph Blasingame, and Elizabeth Blasingame; and three great-grandchildren: Lauren Fountain, Brentley Fountain, and Brookelyn Renea Blasingame. Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
