Lana Kay Farr Phillips, 46, of Plains, died Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at her home. She was born August 21, 1970 in Americus and attended Concord United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 31, 2017 at Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel with Pastor Warren Alford officiating. Survivors include her parents, Millard Farr of Americus and Faye and Richard Long of Plains; a daughter, Mallary Tyndal of Rochelle; two sons: Hunter Phillips and Holden Phillips, both of Colquitt; a sister, Debra Schramm of Americus; a brother, Cameron Farr of Plains; maternal grandmother, Georgia Harper of Plains; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
