Kimberly "Kim" Lynn Peek Tyler, age 48, of Louvale, Georgia passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus. Kim was born July 17, 1972 in Eufaula, Alabama to the Late Charles Lynn Peek and Kathy Peek. Kim was a member of the Bland Baptist Church in Charles, Georgia. Kim served as a member of the Stewart County Water Authority and the Stewart County Housing Authority. Kim loved the law, having worked as a legal assistant to Weyman E. (Ed) Cannington, Jr. for many years. Most of all Kim loved her family. The members of her family that survived her consists of two daughters, Gabby Tyler (Allen "Slim" Owens) of Preston and Kassidy Kennedy (Benji Nobles) of Omaha; one son, Trent Tyler of Louvale; her mother, Kathy Peek of Louvale; her sister, Mitzi P. Lynch of Louvale; her paternal grandmother, Betty Peek of Louvale; her three grandchildren, Lily Owens, Marley Owens, and Nolyn Nobles; her aunt and uncle, Betty Jo Smith and Gordon Smith of Louvale; a nephew, Chase Long of Louvale, three great nephews, Jordan McKeen, Jaxson Long and Drake Long; also surviving are cousins, Casey and Michael Rowan, Sallie and Chad Long, Bentley Long, Ty Rowan and Daylin Rowan. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at the Louvale Church Row Cemetery with Nicholas Page officiating, The family will receive friends at the home of Betty Peek in Louvale. The pallbearers include Will Rodgers, Will House, Greg Stewart, Ed Lynch, Don Otto, Jimmy Lynch, Sib Fort, Efrem Holbrook, Jeff Pate, John B. Richardson and Tom Pate.
