Kenneth Hudson, age 57, passed away at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. A native of Richland, he was born on October 23, 1963 to James and Myrtle Hudson. He loved sawmilling and was the mill manager at OakCrest Lumber Company. Kenneth would find any chance he could get to be on his boat fishing. His get away was the beach and he enjoyed being there with his family. Kenneth was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He lived his life working hard and simple to his roots. All services will be private. Survivors include his wife Lisa P. Hudson of Preston; two daughters, Allison (Rusty) Grimes of Mexico Beach, FL. and Cadie (William) Kelley of Preston; father, Lawrence Hudson of Preston; two brothers, Leon Hudson of Columbus and Lon (Kelly) Hudson of Savannah; sister, Felicia (Daniel) Foster of Buena Vista; and grandchildren, Mason Taylor, Weston Kelley, Reed Kelley, and Russ Grimes. He was preceded in death by his mother Myrtle Hudson.
