JoAnn Elizabeth Kelly, age 81, of Leslie, died at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center Saturday, July 1, 2017. A native of Marshall, MI., she was born September 20, 1935, the daughter of the late George Benjamin Drumm and Gladys Beatrice Roark Drumm. Mrs. Kelly was an honor graduate and a member of Faith Baptist Church as well as the Policemen's' Wives Association. Graveside services will be held Monday, July 3, 2017, at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Damon Fountain officiating. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Faith Baptist Church, 947 Felder St., Americus, GA 31709. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, LeeAnn and Ronald Frantz of Leslie; a son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Michelle Kelly of Roswell; three grandchildren, William Blake Frantz, Kelly Brooke Frantz, Cody Brennan Frantz and Kristen; and two great granddaughters, Piper Elizabeth Mims and Hensley Kate Frantz. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Charles Kelly and her siblings, Iris and Donald Marietta Camp, Douglas Allan Drumm and Donald Earl and Patricia Drumm.
