Jennifer Brooke Gilbert, age 31, of Americus, died Sunday, June 6, 2010, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. A native of Americus, Ms. Gilbert was born September 27, 1978, the daughter of Mark Gilbert and Deborah Cromer. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at 11:00 AM at Oak Grove Cemetery with Rev. Chris Hess officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of Debbie Cromer. Survivors include her father, Mark Gilbert of Americus; her mother Debbie Cromer of Americus; two sons, Caleb McPhail and Christian Stallings both of Americus; two brothers, Jay Gilbert and Justin Gilbert of Americus; paternal grandparents, Mildred Luvin of Americus and Billy Gilbert of Albany; maternal grandparents, Phyllis Walker of Panama City, FL and Lawrence Smith of Americus.
