Herschel Edward Wisham,71 passed away on May 22,2024, in Americus, GA. He was born to the late Millard Wisham and Reathalyne Byrd Wisham in Americus, GA. Herschel loved to go hunting and fishing. He was retired from Sumter Regional Hospital where he worked for 36 years and was devoted to his position as Director of Plant Operations. He loved his sons dearly and will be missed by many.

The family will have a private service.

Survivors include his sons Joshua Herschel Wisham and Benjamin Aaron Wisham (Elizabeth); his brother Daryl Wisham; his children's mother Susan W. Blocker

He was preceded in death by his parents.
