Ms. Harriett Delores Fine Faircloth, age 66, of 314 Ga. Hwy. 49 South, died Monday, February 2, 2009 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. A native of Greenwood, S.C., Ms. Faircloth was born October 13, 1942, daughter of the late Irving Fine, Sr. and Willie Alice Crowder Fine. Ms. Fine was a retired bus driver of fourteen years with the Sumter County School System and a member of the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 5, 2009 at the Hardin-Freeman Cemetery with Bishop Willie Cooper officiating. Friends may call at the residence of Johnny and Laurie Faircloth, 110 Upper River Road. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Ann Harris, 1801 Rose Avenue, Americus, Ga. 31709. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Sonya Barber of Americus, Angie and Jay Rainey of Cordele; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Johnny and Laurie Faircloth and Jason Eric Faircloth and one sister, Phyllis Fine all of Americus; one brother, Irving Bo Fine of Oglethorpe; ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
