Mrs. Gloria Bowen Millwood, age 81, of Cobb, passed away on February 08, 2020. Mrs. Millwood was born February 17, 1938 in Nashville, Georgia, the daughter of the late William and Margaret Bowen. Mrs. Millwood loved being with her family. She enjoyed fishing, walking and going to the beach. She always had a book to read and loved doing cross word puzzles. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Oak Grove Cemetery with Pastor Curtis Moore officiating. Visitation will be held at Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel on Monday, February 10, 2019 from 5:00-7:00 PM. Survivors include her loving husband of 26 years, Raymond Millwood Jr of Cobb; two daughters, Kathryn Giddings of Richland and Teresa Shields of Palatka, FL.; two step sons, Michael Millwood of Americus and Raymond Millwood of Winter Haven, FL.; one brother, James Bowen of Charleston, WV.; one sister, Carolyn Sanders of Andersonville. Also surviving are her beloved seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
