Glenna Patricia Halpain, age 69, of 1213 Oglethorpe Ave., Americus, died at her residence Friday, June 18, 2010. A native of Duncan, Oklahoma, Ms. Halpain was born March 6, 1941, the daughter of the late Cecil Ted and Willie Lucille Halpain. Ms. Halpain was a retired LPN, a member of First Baptist Church and a loving mother and grandmother. A memorial service will be held Monday, June 21, 2010 at 2:00 PM, at First Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Parks officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, June 20, 2010 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel and at other times at 2507 S. Lee St., Americus. Survivors include her daughter, Michele Lee Wanner of Americus; two sons, Warren Earl DAlessandro of Oklahoma City, OK. and Ted Gary DAlessandro of Dallas, TX.; a step mother, Esther Halpain; eight grandchildren, Jenny DAlessandro, Stephanie DAlessandro, Paige DAlessandro, Cameron DAlessandro, D.J.
