Gladys Ann O'Hearn, age 78, of 3832 Goolsby Road, Ellaville, died at home on Saturday, October 4, 2014. A native of Dawson, she was born January 27, 1936, the daughter of the late Edward and Ila Trotter Price. Gladys attended Christian Fellowship Church and was a previous owner of Dinks Convenience Store in Americus. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, October 7, 2014, at 11:00 AM at Oak Grove Cemetery with Rev. Earl Dunmon officiating. Family will receive friends at the family residence, 3832 Goolsby Road, Ellaville. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Gentiva Hospice Foundation, 3350 Riverwood Parkway, Suite 1400, Atlanta, GA 30339. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Darrell Holbrook of Preston; two sons and daughter-in-law, Randy and Connie O'Hearn of Americus, Greg O'Hearn of Ellaville; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Dennie and Earl Benstine of Dawson, Irene and Harold Crowe of Americus, Rebecca Harris of Dawson; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Euille and Helen Price of Dawson, Lucius and Mary Price of Dawson, Ted and Lori Price of Albany; 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Jackson O'Hearn and a son, Jerry Jackson. Cemetery: Oak Grove Cemetery
