Donna Francis Hulsey, 54, of Americus, died Friday, March 23, 2018 at her home. She was born December 21, 1963 in Eugene, OR, to Peggie Inetha Horn and the late Harry Lehman Ibach, III. She loved her dogs and working in her flower garden. All services will be private. Survivors include her mother, Peggie Horn of Americus; a sister and brother-in-law, Robin Ibach and her husband Jim, of Leesburg; two brothers and a sister-in-law: Richard Ibach and his wife Amy, and Steve Ibach, all of Americus. Also surviving are seven nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to: The Sumter Humane Society, 108 Industrial Blvd, Americus, Ga 31719 or to Phoebe-Sumter Hospice, P.O. Box 1434, Americus, Ga 31709.
