Debra Denise Horne, 68, passed away on August 29, 2023 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. She was born June 6, 1955 to the late James A. Bell and Mary Ann Bell in Americus, GA. Debra enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking & working in her yards. She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 10AM at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Marty Dillon officiating.

Survivors include her son James William Horne IV, of Americus; her brother Greg Bell (Robin) of Americus; her grandchildren Riley Welch and Maddie Horne

She was preceded in death by her husband James William Horne III; her parents James A. Bell and Mary Ann Bell; her brother Jimbo Bell
