Christine Cooper Faust, age 95, of 845 Faust Rd., Preston, (Centerpoint Community), died at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital Friday, December 14, 2012. A native of Webster County, she was born March 11, 1917, the daughter of the late Albert and Eva Virginia Black Cooper. Mrs. Faust was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church and was a retired machine operator from Gunnin Manufacturing in Dawson. Graveside services will be held Sunday, December 16, 2012, at 2:00 PM at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Robert Orr and Rev. Raymond Smith officiating. The family will receive friends anytime Saturday at Mrs. Faust's residence, 845 Faust Rd., Preston. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Georgia Baptist Childrens Home, P.O.Box 329, Palmetto, Georgia 30268. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Jacqueline Faye and Herman Bell of Americus; a son and daughter-in-law, Cecil Wayne and Carol Faust of Valrico, FL; four grandchildren, Jenna Leigh Benchikh, Jason Faust, Ricky Bell and Wally Bell; seven great grandchildren, Ryan Benchikh, Kenza Leigh Benchikh, Elijah Faust, Austin Bell, Rick Bell III, Dustin Bell and Colby Hudson; three step great grandchildren, Billy Glass, Alicia Pantalone and Chelsea Glass; three great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Faust; a grand-daughter, Christy Bell and three brothers, Carl Cooper, Foster Cooper and Grover Cooper. Cemetery: Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery
