Charlie Wood Hart, Jr. age 63, of 613 Randolph Street, Oglethorpe died at Flint River Community Hospital on Thursday, June 15, 2012. A native of Leesburg, he was born on June 27, 1948, the son of the late Charlie Wood and Carrie Belle Laramore Hart, Sr. He was the owner and operator of the Courthouse Deli in Oglethorpe; was of the Baptist faith and loved fishing, hunting, gardening and being a cowboy. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Hart of Oglethorpe; three daughters and sons-law, Melissa and Clint Harbuck of Americus, Crystal and Paul Rowe of Freeport, FL, and Kim and Chris Solomon of Leesburg, GA; Three sons and daughters-law; John and Mary Hart of Leesburg, GA, Chad and Meghann Hart of Leesburg, GA and Joel Hart of Freeport, FL.; a sister, Elizabeth Shaddix of Americus, GA and eleven grandchildren.
