Cecil Lloyd Anderson Sr., age 75, of Macon, Georgia, passed away peacefully on the evening of February 28, 2025. Born on February 26, 1950, in Toledo, Ohio, Cecil was a hardworking man known for his kindness and compassion toward others.

Cecil was the son of Rema Anderson and Kathleen Magurity. He spent his life dedicated to labor work, providing for his family with diligence and care. He was Christian by faith and found joy in the simple moments of life, always placing kindness and love at the forefront of his heart.

Cecil was a proud father to his children, Cecil Lloyd Anderson Jr., Scott Anderson, and Juliana Carmichael, all of Macon. He was a loving grandfather to Kalee (Austin) Hall, Whitney Rider, Zackary Carmichael, and Alena Carmichael. His love and wisdom will live on through his children and grandchildren, who cherished every moment spent with him.

In honor of Cecil's wishes, a private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that his memory be honored through acts of kindness, love, and compassion toward one another. A smile, a kind word, or a helping hand would reflect the way Cecil lived his life and the values he held dear.

Cecil Lloyd Anderson Sr. will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his legacy of kindness continue to inspire those who knew and loved him.
