Carla Bolton, age 72, of Americus, passed away on Friday, May 01, 2020 at her residence. Ms. Bolton was born August 3, 1947 in St. Augustine, FL. Ms. Bolton loved cooking, watching tv, and crocheting. She was dedicated to her family. Survivors include her partner of 30 years, Calvin Henslee of Americus; six daughters, Melisa(William) Horsley of Plains, Amanda(Hugh) Rooks of Perry, Charlene McAllister of Marshallville, Sharon(Chuck) Robinson of Leslie, Janet(Bobby) Walls of Americus, and Donna Patterson of Plains; a great-grandson, which she raised for the last 21 years, Dustin Bissett; twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Ms. Bolton was preceded in death by her parents Cuyler Patterson and Tommie Patterson-Hand.
