Barbara Warren, 72, of Andersonville, died Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Phoebe-Sumter Medical Center. A native of Echols County, she was born November 20, 1944 to the late John Spivey and Laura Mae DeLoach Spivey. She was an antique dealer. Affectionately known as "Nana," she loved her family and was dedicated to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 18, 2017 at Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel. Funeral services and burial will be private. Survivors include her daughter, Diane Cason of Conyers; three sons: Douglas Spivey of Ft. Payne, AL, Danny Warren of Douglas, and Daryl Warren of Andersonville; a sister, Vicki Morris of Valdosta; and three brothers: Ronald Spivey of Moncks Corner, SC, Frank Spivey of Westminster, TN, and Roger Spivey of Parrottsville, TN. Also surviving are fourteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Daniel Warren, and a son, David Warren. Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel is in charge of these arrangements.
