Alice J. Schillace, age 90, of Americus, died at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center Saturday, February 4, 2017. A native of Conneaut, OH, she was born February 24, 1926. Mrs. Schillace was a homemaker and loved to crochet. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Sumter Humane Society, 108 Industrial Blvd., Americus, Ga. 31719. Survivors include four daughters, Annette Brandt of Americus, Alice Muse of Ethel, LA., Donna Horvath of Litchfield, OH and Amy Muse of North Royalton, OH; a son, Joseph Schillace of Lotchfield, OH; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Schillace and a daughter, Toni Rae Schillace.
