Obituary for Jimmy Watson Faircloth

Jimmy Watson Faircloth, age 71, of 102 Ellaville St., Andersonville, died June 8, 2011, at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center. A native of Jacksonville, FL., Mr. Faircloth was born June 10, 1939, the son of the late Thomas Watson and Clara Clyde Reynolds Faircloth. He was a retired home builder and dry wall contractor and also a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. He loved the outdoors, sports and children.
Graveside services will be held Friday, June 10, 2011, at 10:00 AM, at Oakgrove Cemetery with Pastor Warren Alford officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 9, 2011, at Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and at other times the family residence. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, PO Box 31356, Tampa, Fl. 33631.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Faye Faircloth of Andersonville; three sons and daughters-in-law, Donny and Kay Faircloth of Andersonville, Jimmy and Laura Faircloth of Americus and Shannon and Cynthia Faircloth of Americus; a sister and brother-in-law, Clara Nell and George Lutz of Palm Coast, FL; seven grandchildren, Chris Faircloth, Deanna Beamon, Brianne Faircloth, Christy Barry, Garrett Faircloth, Zac Faircloth and Greg Snider; and seven great grandchildren, Thad Clark, Alyssa Faircloth, Parker Faircloth, Kyler Beamon, Livvy Barry, Taylor Beamon and Hannah Beamon.
