Obituary for Eula Arbell Fuller Burgamy

Eula Arbell Fuller Burgamy, age 96, of 710 Varsity Dr., Americus, died Saturday, May 8, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus. A native of Clarksville, Ga.; Mrs. Burgamy was born November 28, 1913, the daughter of Charles and Jennie Fuller. Mrs. Burgamy was a member of First Baptist Church of Americus and lived here most of her life. She graduated from Georgia Southwestern University with a degree in Education.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Americus with Rev. Keith Parks and Rev. Rusty Mauldin officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 11, at First Baptist Church from 10:00 AM until start of service. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to First Baptist Capital Development Fund, 221 South Lee Street, Americus, Georgia 31709.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law; Jennie and Bobby Hamilton of Vidalia and Jane and Don Hainline of Manchester; four grandchildren, Toni Popwell Burmeister, Jennifer Rylander Binns, Anna Hainline Roberson and Sally Hainline Cartwright; eight great grandchildren, John Emory Burmeister, Mary Catherine Burmeister, Caylee Cartwright, Caroline Cartwright, Cale Cartwright, Victoria Roberson, Abby Jane Roberson and Sadie Roberson. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Pernell Burgamy.
